Functioning as a high-performance delta microbead cushion, its anatomical triangular profile allows clinicians, TVNs, and carers to place it securely between the knees or behind the lumbar region to maintain neutral spinal alignment and prevent pelvic rotation. 

By absorbing interface pressure and stabilizing hypertonic limbs, this delta microbead positioner reduces the shear and friction forces that cause skin maceration and pressure ulcer formation.

Despite its compact 42x25cm dimensions, this PosiPerle positioner offers multi-positional versatility, serving as an effective tool for foot positioning to assist in the prevention of equinus foot (drop foot) or supporting contracted lower limbs to facilitate leg extension.
