With its three support points, it particularly supports patients suffering from knee and/or hip spasms, providing structural stabilisation where standard pillows fail. 

The specialised design provides support for contracted legs to assist leg extension and can be used as an alternative to a T-roll when used in combination with the 1/2 circle positioner. 

By absorbing and redistributing localized interface forces across multiple support points, this hugely versatile microbead pillow helps mitigate the friction and shearing that directly threaten skin integrity, protecting overall patient wellbeing.

To meet the stringent infection control standards of modern wards, this PosiPerle positioner features a bi-elastic, waterproof polyurethane cover with hermetically heat-sealed seams. 

This is combined with integrated PneumaPure® filtration technology, which acts as a certified mechanical barrier down to 0.08μm to block 99.99% of pathogens while maintaining excellent breathability for surface microclimate control.
