The PosiPerle Cylinder Microbead Positioner (Large, 70 x 17cm) is a highly flexible medical device that can be used for many different positions for pressure care and posture support. 

This long pillow is very versatile and can be used in a chair for lateral support for trunk support and mid-line alignment, preventing patients from leaning or slumping against hard armrests. 

The filling of our PosiPerle positioners is composed of high quality round polystyrene micro particles that respond dynamically to patient movement, making it a superior body positioning pillow and positioning pillow that maintains continuous surface contact to alleviate localised capillary occlusion.

The clinical utility of this elongated side sleeper pillow spans multiple anatomical applications, as it can be easily configured and used for head, chest, arms, legs, knees, and abduction positions. 

Whether placed between the knees to eliminate friction during lateral recumbent positioning or tucked under an arm to elevate a swollen extremity, it continuously guards against the shear forces that cause pressure sores. 

To withstand the rigorous decontamination protocols of multi-patient medical environments, the cushion features a waterproof, bi-elastic polyurethane cover with 100% hermetically heat-sealed seams. 

Equipped with a built-in PneumaPure® filter, it provides a certified mechanical barrier against biological fluids and pathogens down to 0.08μm while remaining highly breathable to protect the skin from moisture buildup.
