The PosiPerle Small Decubitus Positioning Cushion (140x26cm) provides the user with flexible support and comfort and prevention of or relief from pressure sores and ulcers.

Functioning as a high-performance Decubitus Positioning Cushion, its 140cm length allows for continuous support along the entire length of the torso and lower limbs during 30° or 135° side-lying protocols. By offloading the high-risk sacral, trochanteric, and malleolar zones, this versatile positioning cushion plays an essential role in 24-hour pressure care management.

The internal self-moulding polystyrene micro-particles shift fluidly under patient load to eliminate pressure peaks and shear forces. Encased in a bi-elastic, fluid-proof polyurethane skin with hermetically heat-sealed seams, the cushion features integrated PneumaPure® filtration technology. Consider putting the positioners under sheets, inside a pillowcase, or ordering a non stock positioner cover or fitted cushion cover to reduce risk of skin damage if any of the following apply:
