The PosiPerle Arc Cushion XL (90x35cm) is an expansive, curved posiperle device engineered to deliver continuous anatomical cradling across extensive body surfaces. 

Posiperle positioners can adapt to all body shapes to relieve pressure while providing postural support and promoting a better night’s sleep all round. 

Featuring a generous 90x35cm footprint, this versatile positioner functions exceptionally well as a specialized microbead cushion for legs or as an ergonomic posiperle pillow for head and upper torso support. By eliminating gaps between the patient and the mattress, it evenly distributes interface forces away from vulnerable bony prominences, preventing the capillary compression and tissue shear that lead to severe pressure ulcer development.

The gentle curved geometry of this extra-large arc cushion makes it adaptable and suitable for a range of uses, including head & neck support or knee support; providing support, comfort and prevention of or relief from pressure sores and ulcers. 

When placed along the spine in side-lying or beneath the lower limbs to elevate the knees and float the heels, the self-moulding polystyrene micro-particles adjust dynamically to the patient’s individual morphology. 

To support multi-patient clinical safety and infection control protocols, the cushion is built with bi-elastic, fluid-proof polyurethane fabric and 100% hermetically heat-sealed seams. Reinforced with PneumaPure® filtration technology, it blocks pathogens down to 0.08μm while maintaining high air breathability to keep patient skin dry, healthy, and comfortable.
