These Posiperle positioners can adapt to all body shapes to relieve pressure while providing postural support, ensuring that weight is evenly distributed across a wider surface area.

This extra large pressure cushion provides versatile support, comfort and the prevention of or relief from pressure sores and ulcers, making it an indispensable asset for tissue viability nurses (TVNs) and occupational therapists managing high-dependency individuals.

As a highly reliable pressure cushion and positioning cushion, this extra-large model is perfect for stabilising the torso in lateral positioning, supporting the pelvic region, or elevating heavily oedematous lower limbs.

The internal round polystyrene micro-particles self-mould instantly to irregular body shapes, eliminating gaps and eliminating dangerous localised pressure spikes over critical bony prominences.

To meet the highest standards of infection control, the positioner is constructed with a bi-elastic, fluid-proof polyurethane skin and completely heat-welded seams.

Consider putting the positioners under sheets, inside a pillowcase, or ordering a non stock positioner cover or fitted cushion cover to reduce risk of skin damage if any of the following apply:

Positioners can be ordered with covers – this is recommended for clients who struggle with temperature control or are being treated for any pre-existing skin conditions. (E.G Excessive sweating, dry skin, broken skin, eczema, use of medicated or skin barrier creams).
